Our "Satisfied or refunded" policy lasts 14 days after receipt of the product. If 14 days have passed since the reception of your package, we will no longer be able to proceed with a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to return your item to us, which must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
We will not be able to provide a refund or exchange for:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.
We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited, within 10 days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us at contact@numydya.com.
Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@numydya.com and send your item to: 8 Rue Jacquard, 54500 Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
